is vannas choice brand yearn washable?
i made a scarf using it. i just want to know if it can be thrown in the wash with out being destroyed and such. or if its a material that shouldnt be washed
Yes, it's washable. It's a synthetic (not real wool) made out of plastics, so you don't have to worry about it felting or shrinking. It's also not really the best for keeping warm, but who cares. As long as you look good -- hahaha.
Wash it on a gentle cycle because you don't want to damage Your Knitting. The yarn will be okay, but your knitting may get out of shape, depending on how you did it. When it is out of the washer, I would not put it in the dryer -- that is where all the damage is done. Lay it out on a flat surface, on some towels on the floor for example, smoothen it into shape (don't stretch it) and let it dry. Scarves aren't washed that often, so there is nothing to worry about.
