I just stopped biting my nails and i have a few questions?
1) how do u keep dirt from getting under the nails?!
2)my nails seem to be a yellow color.... idk why though... i think it might be the nail varnish im using.. its a brown ish color... and i put it on everyday cuz it always chipps off.... is that why its yellow?

1) Wash your hands and use a nail brush every time.
2) Yes, that is why your nails are yellow. Your nailbeds require oxygen to breathe and stay pink. If they cannot breathe, your nails will turn yellow. It is the same with red polish as well. If you want to correct this you can do one of two things:
a) Wear a pink nailpolish. This will draw out some of the yellow. Now, not a dark pink--a Light Pink!
b) Simply do not wear nail polish until the yellow can grow out.
3) You can buy cute nail polish stencils at any Sally Beauty Supply Store, as well as nail polish of course.
4) You will need cuticle trimmers, a wood cuticle stick and cuticle softening cream. After you shower or bath, while your cuticles are soft, push your cuticles back with the cuticle stick and trim any excess that comes above your nailbed. After that, apply the cuticle cream!
