Hi --
Does anyone have any experience with "shaker stitch" or "fisherman's rib" stitch??
I can only find descriptions, not diagrams or pictures. . . .
I am a little lost -- so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
I assume you're having problems figuring out how to knit one stitch into the row below, aka knit one below (K1B). Fisherman's rib and shaker stitch (aka brioche stitch) both use this technique.
Insert the needle into the center of the stitch below the next stitch. Knit this stitch in the usual way, slipping the stitch above off the needle at the same time.
