How to Knit these Gloves?
I really, really, really want to knit this glove. But, I ever only have learned the gartner and purl stitch. In other words; I can only knit simple, different coloured scarves. Full Stop.
So, could someone explain to me how to knit these gloves? As in, step by step? Because I really can't make sense of any of these abbrievations. Also, could you explain how other stitches (other then gartner and purl) are made? Thank you very much. Here is the link for the gloves:

Thanks everyone for the instructions yet given! I will wait for me though, but I guess I should have mentioned that I Can Knit round on double pointed needles. And I only use double pointed needles, not cable ones.
This pattern is labeled as "tangy" which is how Knitty describes patterns that require skills beyond the beginner level. Beginning patterns are marked "mellow."
There are only two stitches in knitting: the knit stitch and the purl stitch. When you knit every row it is called "garter" and when you knit the front rows and purl the back rows it is called "stockinette."
