First Look! Gap Shows Cool Classics For Its Fall 2012 Collection (fabsugar)
Gap just previewed its Fall 2012 collection, and we're happy to report that
the brand is heading back to its cool classic style. Staying true to its
Americana roots, the brand created a covetable collection filled with must-
have basics - with a refreshing twist. Tailored wool blazers were dipped in
rich autumnal hues, sweaters were embellished with thoughtful suede elbow
patches, and classic khakis and denim were translated into slouchy, modern
silhouettes. Meanwhile, statement pieces, like printed trousers and dotted
denim shirts, provided a novelty touch to the line. We especially loved the
white long-sleeve shirtdress (perfect for Winter layering) and cute
accessories via cozy scarves, wedge sandals, and colored ballet flats. Take a

Looking for a knitting pattern?
I'm helping my grandmother try to find a Sweater Pattern. She can't remember exactly what it is called, but it's something along the line of "Classic Sweater of the 40's." It's a turtlenecks sweater, and she said the Red Cross often made them for soldiers.
